The law firm of Messrs. Jackline P.A. Omolo & Company Advocates was founded in 2007 and comprises of staff with a vast wealth of experience.  The firm is in the process of expanding its associate base. The lead Advocate has been in practice for twelve years whereas the legal assistant has been in practice for three years.

The firm has installed an up‑to‑date computerised communication system that includes E-mail and facsimile equipment, comprehensive telephone facilities, a network of modern computers and word processors for production of documents. The firm's clientele is diverse covering all the key aspects of legal practice in Kenya. The clients include corporate institutions and private individuals.

The firm comprises various departments each ably supervised. They are Conveyancing and Commercial law, Litigation, and Trusts departments. The firm undertakes litigation services before all the Courts in Kenya. This department handles matters in all aspects of civil litigation, criminal proceedings, family and succession law. The Trusts department handles all matters concerning provident and pension funds and drafting trust deeds for trusts.

The Commercial and Conveyancing Department deals with matters of commercial drafting, negotiation and syndication of agreements including but not limited to joint ventures. It provides legal services on corporate issues, banking and financial arrangements, securities, private placing, public flotation of shares, mergers, takeovers and foreign investments. Real property transactions involving mortgages, leases, transfers, charges and development programmes relating to civil construction are also dealt with.

The firm has a library equipped with publications relating to the local legal practice as well as materials obtained from other jurisdictions. Leading publications in the various fields of the law, relevant reference works, Law Reports, Statutes and journals have been acquired for use in the law firm. Currently the firm has professional indemnity cover for over Kenya Shillings Fifteen Million.
